More or Less…West: ZRS Tasting and Dinner

The Tasting

On November 1, Zev Rovine Selections brings More or Less West to The Corner Room in Los Angeles, our first large-scale portfolio tasting on the West Coast. More than 40 producers from Japan, Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, France, Germany, and across the Americas will be there in person, pouring more than 200 wines, spirits, and sakes from across the ZRS portfolio. More or Less is a chance to taste broadly and meet the people behind the bottles. The lineup brings together longtime ZRS producers and newer additions, all working with the same general approach we care about: thoughtful farming, organic and biodynamic agriculture, native fermentation, minimal additions, and wines that reflect where and who they come from. Beyond the tasting, there will be food, coffee, music, ZRS merch, and a Buvons retail pop-up, with bottles available to purchase throughout the day.

Your ticket includes access to the full tasting and pours from all participating producers. Come meet the winemakers, taste through the portfolio, find something new, and stay for a while.

The Dinner Join us after the tasting for a multi-course, kamayan-style communal dinner with the winemakers at More or Less West. Dinner will be served across shared tables, bringing guests and producers together for a longer, more relaxed evening of food and wine. Your ticket includes the full dinner and three glass pours selected for the night. We’ll also be opening bottles from Zev’s personal collection, including rare and older wines available to purchase at special prices and drink with dinner. After we clear the tables, the night continues with a DJ, dancing, and a secret afterparty for dinner guests. Ticket includes dinner + 3 glass pours.
